At Shree Nakoda Diamond, we value your trust and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our Refund & Return Policy ensures a smooth and transparent process for returns, exchanges, and refunds.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
Products can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all certificates, tags, and invoices.
Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery is not eligible for return or refund (except in cases of damage or defect).
Sale or discounted items may be eligible only for exchange, not refund.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Custom-made jewellery.
Jewellery that has been resized, altered, or damaged after delivery.
Products without original certificates or packaging.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Our team will arrange for inspection and replacement or initiate a refund.
4. Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
Shipping, handling, and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.
5. Exchange Policy
Customers can exchange their purchase for another product of equal or higher value within 7 days.
If the exchanged item is of higher value, the difference must be paid.
If of lower value, the balance will be credited as store credit (non-refundable).
6. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for safely shipping the product back to us.
For damaged/defective items, we will arrange free reverse pickup.
Ensure the product is packed securely to avoid damage during transit.
